Exchange Policy:

 

What is your exchange policy?

 

NO refunds, exchanges ONLY. The condition of the item or the product that is being returned has to be the same condition when you received it. Customers have up to 7 business days from original purchase date to be eligible for a valid exchange. If you are wishing to exchange your item for another product that VAKU doesn’t have currently available you are eligible to redeem store credit towards your next order. 

 

Shipping:

 

How long will it take my order to ship?

 

Allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. 10-12 business days for international shipping.

 

 

Shipping Method

 

What is your shipping method?

 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through the USPS calculator.

 

Order Processing

 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

 

Please note orders take approximately 2-4 business days to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders over $100 will require a signature for package delivery. This must be obtained in-person.

 

 

Tracking an Order

 

Will I receive any shipping confirmation after my order has been placed? 

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

 

Shopping Online:

 

Why was the merchandise/product out of stock, but I was able to purchase it?

 

We make an effort to fulfill your entire order, but there may be a rare occasion we need to cancel one or more items. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, you will be notified via email of the out of stock merchandise. You will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

 

My order was placed successfully, but why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

 

During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation

 

Back Order Policy:

 

What is your back order policy?

For ALL backorders there is a three week process to fulfill transactions. 

1. Please allow 7 business days for the product to become available in stock. 

2. Turnaround time for production is estimated up to 7 business days.

3. Allow up to 7 business days for shipping of product. *Although estimated time for backorders are three weeks, orders are subject to be completed before then*
